So I haven’t been posting much lately.

I’ve been hard at work on my thesis film for the last three weeks. Some of you will be surprised to see that I rewrote my script, all new characters, blah blah…some of you won’t be surprised. My last film was just too big to condense into the capstone requirement. I felt that if I cut anything else out I would be harming the integrity of the original legend.

Here is a teaser illustration from my new film. Its 25% finished ;)

I am working on a new blog or website to accompany this film, as I feel that it represents something incredibly big and universal. I’d like to share my journey of creating it with the world. :) I hope you guys love it as much as I love it (so far!) lol

I will be joining Mary Fontones of Once Upon a Fairy at the Pocono Raceway Festival starting on June 9th. I will be there to sell posters, prints, etc in addition to helping her sell her amazing fairy houses and accessories! :) If you can, please visit us on June 9th in downtown Stroudsburg Pennsylvania. This festival is huge, attracting as much as 20,000 over just a few days! This years musical guests are rumored to be 311 AND the Marshall Tucker Band! ALSO new this year will be a carnival with tons of rides and of course delicious food.

health&wellness: 10 REASONS RUNNING DOESN’T SUCK AS MUCH AS YOU THINK

Not only did running cross country and track throughout high school give me stress fractures in my shins, It also gave me pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, and a slew of other conditions I just now receiving treatment for. It made my asthma worse and I’ve developed a circulatory disease called raynaud’s syndrome. Not only did I have to take medical leave from college but I also lost the ability to work a normal job. You could say that running ruined my health.

The word “running” used to conjure up painful and awkward memories of gym class. My middle-school gym teacher, Mrs. Morey, would stand her roly-poly body at the top of the hill behind our school, barking through a megaphone between bites of beef jerky at us red-faced kids as we ran circles…
